Here’s a picture of Rosalyn and myself along with our son Fred

I joined Wayne Miniature Aeronautics in 1991. Retired from American Fidelity Assurance company 2004. I flew some free flight models back in the 50’s but didn’t pursue the hobby again until 1991. First airplane was a PT-40 that I bought at a pawn shop, complete with flight box, transmitter, and even had fuel in it. Plane is still flying today. My son crashed that plane due to radio failure about a year later.

Second was a Robin Hood 80 inch wingspan and I flew that for several years and sold it. I have had several warbirds and have always been partial to them. Currently I have two Spitfires and a P-51 for warbirds. I have a Cub that is the Sig ¼ scale Clipped Wing with twin cylinder O.S. four-stroke engine. One of my favorites is the Extreme Flight 300-E and it’s electric powered. Here are some pictures of my planes:

This one is the electric powered 300-E. Great flying plane!

Here are my two Spitfires. One has retracts and is gas powered and the other is glow powered with fixed gear.

Here is my Cub and the newer Spitfire plus the older one before I recovered it with cloth and painted it.

This plane is my Hooker with O.S. 1.20 4 stroke.

Below is my Weeks Solution (G-62) in the hangar getting some new plumbing. Sorry, it’s the only picture I have of it.

Here’s my favorite flier of all times – now deceased due to radio failure.
    It’s a World Models Extra 300 with O. S. 1.20 for power. Terrific flier!

Not pictured is my Slo Poke or my Carl Goldberg Ultimate Biplane.
